NACADA in Collaboration with Public Health Officers and Kenya Police will from tonight start a COUNTRYWIDE CRACKDOWN OF SHISHA LOUNGES and JOINTS with the intention of Closing down those Joints and Prosecuting those selling SHISHA in CONTRAVENTION of TOBACCO CONTROL ACT 2007, FOOD, DRUGS and CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES ACT cap 254 Laws of Kenya and NACADA Act 2012.
